Q: Will I have to pay any additional charges when I receive the product? A: No, All customs duties and taxes are billed back to us through established shipping accounts with shipping services such as Fedex and the US postal service. Q: How long will it take for the product to arrive to me? A: Items leave our warehouse 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Most leave within 1 business day except for certain special order items. Large items such as taillights, headlights take approximately 2-3 business days in transit to arrive in the UK and most of Europe. Some countries will take up to 5 business days. Small items such as badges, valve caps take 4-7 business days to arrive through your local mail. Q: Are these products street legal and will they pass a MOT exam? A: Many of our products are designed for off road or show use, This meaning that the manufacturers have not received ECE approval and they will not pass a MOT exam. Most of the time the lights can be modified to be street legal by making them have orange indicator bulbs or adjusting the beam of headlights using adjustment screws on the back of the unit. We will help in any way we can, We strongly suggest keeping stock lighting units for future MOT exams. Q: Do you do trade discounts or club discounts? A: We do have trade discounts available. We require an initial order of £500 and no minimums after that. For clubs, We either require a £500 minimum order OR 5 or more of the same product. Please contact us at info@racerbits.com with a list of the products you would like and we can get an account setup for you. Q: What payment methods can I use? A: We currently accept credit cards and bank transfers through Paypal.com or Western union transfers. We do not accept credit cards over the phone as we cannot validate them currently and do not accept cheques due to the time it takes for them to process. We cant do direct bank transfers due to the high costs involved. We highly discourage anyone sending us cash by mail. Q: Will my product come with instructions? A: Many of the products we carry do not come with directions as they are not supplied to us. We do have general instructions for Coilover Kits, Glow Dials and M3 Mirrors Installations. Q: I have emailed you but have not received any reply and have not received any dispatch notice regarding my order. A: If it has been more then 5 business days are you have not had any contact from us it is most likely because 1) your spam filter is blocking our emails or 2) your primary paypal email in which you sent payment has not been updated to the current email you use. Please check both of these before emailing. Q: I have received the product but now do not want it, Can I return the product? A: We can accept returns if notified within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that return costs are not covered and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
